"West Heath is an amazing venue - it is beautiful, big and with a rich history behind it. All the staff, especially Claire, were so accommodating and helped us turn our vision into a reality. When we first viewed the venue, we expressed our desire to have an outside lawn wedding, and whilst this has never been done before at West Heath, Claire was extremely helpful to make this happen (including getting a license for an outside wedding). Having access from the Friday really helped as we were able to set up most of the decorations then, which made us much more relaxed on the day. The Diana Room is a beautifully spacious and light room for the bridal party to get ready in, and really helped set the scene during the morning. We would like to say a big thank you to all of the staff at West Heath - without your dedication, kindness and big hearts it wouldn't have had the same feel. We had a truly magical time, and hope that many other happy couples get to enjoy all that West Heath has to offer."

"I am delighted that my brother and sister-in-law selected West Heath for their Wedding on 20th April 2024 which I helped co-organise. The venue is impeccable in every aspect. The Diana room, perfect for the bride and her entourage to prepare, is beautifully designed with an ideal makeup area bathed in natural light. The grand staircase offers picturesque photo opportunities and all rooms are decorated beautifully complemented by the elegant fireplaces, beautiful woodwork, paintings, and lighting throughout.

While the venue's architecture and setting are breathtaking, the standout feature is undoubtedly the staff. Every member of the team exhibited tireless dedication and unfailing helpfulness to ensure every guest had an exceptional experience. From the meticulous ceremony coordinators and attentive service staff to the efficient bar crew, every detail was meticulously attended to. Special mention must go to Claire, the Events and Wedding Executive, whose ceaseless efforts went above and beyond. Claire assisted with everything from arranging decorations for a personal finishing touch, to resolving logistical challenges like my oversight in ordering the wrong size table plan and welcome sign (a tip for future events: ensure at least A1 size or minimum A2). She facilitated the setup of the cake, ensured everything was perfectly placed, coordinated vendors, and ensured the day flowed seamlessly according to the couple's wishes.

As someone experienced in organizing large events, including charity balls and my own wedding, I can confidently say that West Heath's staff surpasses any I've encountered. I wholeheartedly recommend this stunning venue to anyone seeking an unforgettable event."

The mansion house is beautiful and strikes the balance of classic beauty and grandeur with relaxed and welcoming. The space gives you the flexibility to add your own individual touches and at the same time is stunning in its own right. The atmosphere amongst our guests was so beautiful to be emerged in and this was in no small part down to the amazing staff at West Heath. From our first visit to see if this venue was right for us Claire has been an outstanding coordinator. "Wedding days are meant to be full of love and beauty and that's what West Heath provides. Not only are the team all wonderful but the venue is just perfect for all your needs. Everything you could want is in one building and the staff couldn't do any more to help us (Claire especially). All my emails were answered with all details needed and so quickly and they were so accommodating. The venue itself has so much charm and appeal and the transformation before to after decorating is incredible. The food was beyond tasty and definitely worth every penny. I would highly recommend putting West Heath on your radar because it's hard not to fall in love with it (we did on our first visit and haven't regretted choosing them since)."

"Claire at West Heath was fantastic from the moment we met her. We had visited West Heath as a potential wedding venue in 2021 and from the moment we visited, we knew it was the location for us. Claire was so personable and dedicated to providing the perfect wedding. We met with Claire a number of times before the wedding and nothing was too much trouble. She was also available on the phone and emails which was so reassuring. The venue itself is stunning. So many places for beautiful photographs and the grounds were beautifully presented. On the day of our wedding, we met with Claire and she was so calm and on top of everything. Everything on the day went like clockwork and all of the staff were brilliant and the food was outstanding. I could not have wished for more. It was also a huge factor for us that the proceeds from our wedding goes towards bursaries for the children at the school. I could not recommend West Heath more highly as a wedding venue. A beautiful setting, impeccable service from all the staff and an overall perfect experience."

"We had an amazing wedding Reception at West Heath! We fell in love with the venue from the first time we saw it and knew it was where we wanted to get married. It was also important to us that proceeds from the wedding go towards supporting vulnerable children at the school. The staff at West Heath, and especially Claire, were really helpful and ensured that the day ran smoothly. "We booked West Heath only four months before our wedding. With full time jobs, kids and second time around, it could be quite a daunting prospect. Not so with West Heath, and the wonderful Claire. We were guided and supported throughout. There were additional extra surprises along the way - such as a tasting dinner and having the option of the venue the entire weekend of the wedding made such a difference. The day itself was fantastic and the guests enjoyed themselves so much too - and loved the venue. It suited all ages. Another great thing is that the weddings support the important work of West Heath School.  We used some recommended providers for the big day and they were a delight to work with. We cannot recommend West Heath, Claire and her team enough."

"What an amazing venue to have a wedding. The grounds and insides of the building are so beautiful and there are so many different ways the decor can be presented.

All of our guests were amazed with the venue, the staff were fabulous. My new husband and myself were over the moon with how Claire organised the whole event. 

Claire helped every way she could and was always quick to reply to any questions or queries I had. I'm so glad we had Claire there with us on the wedding day, it went so smoothly.

The wedding breakfast and evening buffet was delicious, presented well and there wasn't one complaint about anything. There is not one bad thing we could say about West Heath or the staff. Thank you for making our wedding day the most amazing day of our lives."

"Our Wedding reception was at West Heath on the May bank holiday weekend and it was the best day of our lives.  We'd like to thank Claire and all the staff at West Heath for their dedication and support in making our wedding day so special.

The whole process of organising the wedding with Claire was very relaxed. Claire was on top of all the details and when it came to the day itself she ensured everything ran smoothly, even though there were a few hiccups that required smoothing out.

The venue of West Heath itself is grand, stately and far more beautiful in real life than online. The photos on the website just don't do it justice. The venue hire cost is comparatively very good value for money. You get so many rooms and so much venue for your money! In particular the grounds make for a beautiful backdrop for photos. There was also so much space for all our guests to spend at the bar, relaxing outside or dancing to the band in the evening.

Thank you to West Heath and in particular Claire for making our wedding day perfect. We'll cherish our memories of West Heath for the rest of our lives."

"West Heath is a beautiful venue, set in lovely grounds in a great location. We booked and planned our wedding in a few short months and it couldn't have gone smoother. Claire and the team are responsive and accommodating, her genuine commitment to making our day perfect was clear to see. Nothing felt like a hassle, and she always found solutions when they were needed. Using preferred suppliers of the venue made everything easy, and they were each amazing in their own right: Bliss Hair & Make Up and Gaynor from Bailey & Blossom flower design were especially amazing. The in house catering was restaurant quality - and we are diners with high standards! On the day, all the team were on point. The food and drink were amazing, and the service perfect. Claire was nothing short of a star. She was all over every detail, we could completely relax and enjoy the day as she kept it moving. We can't thank you enough! It was perfect!"

"We had such a magical wedding at West Heath School. The grounds and the house are stunning and you don't need to add much decor for it to look even more beautiful. From the very beginning Claire was an amazing organizer and kept us fully up to date with all the pre planning. On our wedding day she excelled with accommodating last minute  requests and making the day seamlessly smooth. Her patience and work ethic through the year of planning and on the actual day are highly admirable. Our day was perfect because of her and her very kind team. We couldn't have chosen a better venue and couldn't have asked for a kinder wedding planner than Claire.
